It is on highway 17 between San Jose and Santa Cruz.

Lots of fish, lots of cover.

Easy parking and access.

I am new to the site and still learning the acronyms.  What is MBF?  something Bass Fishing?  I would definitely be in for this.

MBF = Money between Friends

Basically everyone throws in and either:

1. Winner takes all

or

2. 70/20/10 split

I would be up for it but I am a horrible bass fisherman.

Yep, Bill hit it.

MBF= money between friends.

Typically people chuck in 5 bucks or something and at the end of the day the biggest fish (or limit depending) takes the whole thing and well all share some laughs and eat.

Bill, you ain't gonna get better at bass fishing staying on the sidelines.....

Bill...you're from Texas  :cowboy_smoke: ...it should be in your blood. Besides, you already proved you can catch a 20# catfish in the middle of the day :smt002

Hehe.

Yeah, but look at it this way, it is a bit further from SC than LL is and you know gas now......

Seriously, any rules are cool with me.  If want a 100% "cold" derby that is fine.

Let the smack-talking begin...

If you're going to pay me by check, I'll need to see a CA drivers license and a credit card for ID.  :smt003
