Had my first trip this weekend using the Nova drysuit. Very comfortable and certainly keeps you warm. I trimmed the arm cuffs approx 2 inches. I may trim the neck slightly but want to see if it stretches.

I've had mine for a year now and the neck has loosened up a little, 1/4" maybe at most. The suits are awesome, I accidentally walked into my gaff at Trinidad this year. Hit me right in the thigh in the reinforced part. I thought for sure it went all the way through. I was wrong the suit held and kept me safe from my self!

Before cutting the gaskets, try stretching them over something for a few days. I recently bought a Kokatak GMER dry suit and needed serious help getting the neck gasket on and off in the store. Stretched it over a one-gallon pitcher for two days, and can now get in and out of it by myself. Still very tight, but that's what keeps the water out. I'll do it again a couple days before I use it each time until it doesn't need it any more. You can do the same thing with the wrist gaskets by using something smaller to stretch it over. I bought the pitcher at a dollar store just for this purpose, and it's very well tapered, so I can control the amount I stretch it. Also, be sure to use 303 Aerospace Protectant on the gaskets every month or so, and extra when stretching them.
You can get just as drunk on water
As you can get on dry land.

I stuff a small Nerf football in each wrist and a plastic Foldgers can in the neck to stretch it out. It's not permanent though, and I can feel the difference when I forget the stretch the gaskets the night before fishing. So now I just leave them in there between fishing trips. It's much more comfortable.

I miss marked my colors on the closeout suits. I've updated them in my original post. XL Gray and XXL Mango. Sorry for the confusion.
