Any prize for the last to register?

I've considered making some red shirts for those who can't play with the team but still want to practice along with us...   

The prize for being late registering is it gives you extra motivation to get signed up on time the following year.

To miss a deadline that's been made obvious for months means you must wait until next year, and not empathizing with those who signed up on time is a sign to me that you may not understand the culture of the club.  We actually expect accountability!   

As for a prize for the latest to register - I'd never want to encourage being last minute, but fair's fair - if you sign up in time you're in.  That's the prize.

Cove this morning went from beautiful to rodeo in seconds flat at 8:20am. Slow bite but good to get out.

Thanks for the report, Doug - way to give it a go.  I saw on Humboldt Tuna that there was one PB fish by 9AM on the radio.  I was almost regretting not going down there, but the buoys have been showing some bad stuff.  It's hard enough to function on nasty water like that - let alone in a slow bite.  We'll have our days.   

In other news...  I just got the mail for the day.  We've eclipsed last year's number at 155 people registered so far, and I received about three dozen over the last several days last year (right AFTER Tax Day).  So this could get interesting!
