yeah Craig. Heard that story when we were retrofitting his AI.  Are you going? I grew up in SCAl so the 3 B's are of no interest to me, just WSB and YT. As Dustin said, the food and company are worth the cost tho.

Can't wait for school to begin, been waiting since Ketchikan. As Maxwell Smart would say, I missed it by this much. Since then I've caught a few, made it through an entire season without a yard sale on landing   , been rescued once , come to the rescue twice, been much closer to the Landlord than I like to consider, and I just took my first kayak fishing tournament by an entire  1/8 of an inch.  I'm ready for the  big time Ma !
This is graduate school.  Lead on Sensei. I am ready to follow

+1 cant wait, im heading down tuesday,  and planning fishing wed and thurs, then after the trip, planning on heading down to baja for a week if work allows, cameron

If you can find a closer mothership in the Santa Barbara area etc, so we don't have to cross the LA complex I think there would be more interest. Fishing Anacapa or Santa Cruz Islands via mothership or on island camping would be cool. I was recently curious about this and contacted these people

They said they had been discussing this option. With your FW connections you might be able to get them to make a commitment to kayak mothershipping
