Tempting!

If you can find a closer mothership in the Santa Barbara area etc, so we don't have to cross the LA complex I think there would be more interest. Fishing Anacapa or Santa Cruz Islands via mothership or on island camping would be cool. I was recently curious about this and contacted these people

They said they had been discussing this option. With your FW connections you might be able to get them to make a commitment to kayak mothershipping

quick question, do we need to have the ocean enhancement stamp since we are out past the 3 mile mark, i know i would need it to fish la jolla, but in case i cant do that, and only do the trip, just want to make sure my ducks are in a row by 6pm 6/7/12 :smt001, cameron

Where do you leave your cars when on the boat? Is there parking at the marina?

My GF was with me for the 1st Islander trip, so she had the car while I was on the boat.

yes.  3-mile limit also extends from islands.

Looking forward to it and planning ahead. What should we wear OTW ? Got a feeling that I might get broiled if I wear my dry suit during June in So Cal

I don't know what the usual temps down there are, but it was pretty balmy when we went for the Unfinished Business Tour.

Regretfully I have to pass on this trip. Just too much going on in my life right now to even consider the trip. Bummer. If anyone wants to buy my spot for the 50.00 DP I have already put down send me a PM. Thanks Craig
