i would love to join this hookup and score some BH's from the BH Crew, but the WX/forcast for this wkend is a not conducive to kayak fishing.
the wind swell is more than the ground swell and that makes for crap surface with alot of bouncing around.

Where did you see that forecast? that aint right at all. In fact it sounds downright deceptive... NOAA IS currently calling for small craft advisory with 15-25kt winds.

Offshore
SAT
N WINDS 15 TO 25 KT. WIND WAVES 4 TO 7 FT. NW SWELL 3 TO
5 FT AT 10 SECONDS
.

inshore
Saturday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming NW 5 to 9 kt in the morning. Sunny. Mixed swell...WNW 4 ft and SW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Can some please explain to me how these two forcasts can be so totaly different? Whats the story. I can see how someone could get confused or screwed.

Last time I went over there a couple weeks ago it was the same type of forecast. Was nice inshore til after noon. I was afraid it would be blown out and almost cancelled. Glad I didn't.
