Looks like a boat to me... just because they call it a kayak does not make it one. It has to be registered @DMV = boat... :smt012

looks like the love child between a kayak and a jetski .
I would call it a small boat for a lake or the delta, can you imagine trying to flip this thing in the ocean.

If I had one, I'd add hydrofoils to the pontoons and beef up the battery voltage so I could get it up on plane.
