Seems neat that they have a variety of plugs to accomodate different wire configurations.  I'm just wondering how water tight that would be though, since im a bit weary of drilling a 1" hole in my yak.

My Hobie Through Hull Wiring Kit fits super snug to the wires on my Lowrance Mark-4.  I doubt any water would get through from waves, rain ect.  I'll be done with my Adventure pimping sometime this week.  Standby for pimpin thread.

This will be going on my AI as well.  The wire configuration inserts is what drove me to this kit as well.  The 1" collar of the plug cap does have an o-ring but I think I will still use a small amount of silicone during installation as well.  My thought is the silicone will help the assembly (as a lubricant) and help seal the outside a bit too.  Also helps to keep small fishing lines from possibly getting snagged under the thru hulls lip.

... By the way, let me know when you get more in-stock.  I'd like to order another set.

Thanks!
