I will be targeting Ling Cod mainly but all types of rockfish.

Don(pescadon) I think mention dingy caught by the kelp, that's the only one I heard off. Raydon tried as well a week or two ago but no luck, the fishing can be really good though😉 I don't think I would try crabbing at TC unless you plan to go really deep water

I found what looks like some sand about 2.5 - 3 miles south of FR. I was thinking of making the trip to drop some test pots and fish since there was also some great structure nearby. The weather would have to working in my favor, as in a southernly wind for the ride home.

I'm in as long as the wx is decent. 

I'm in.  Plan on being there Fri. Morning for a 7-8am launch and staying the night ,fishing Sat .morning also.

I was actually the one who got the dungy by the kelp. I think there may be some sand to the between the two kelp beds. I'm not rigged for crabs but if someone wants to bring some gear we can give it a try.
