Looking for a full size, used oak wine barrel for an art project.  Not half barrel.  1 is needed but a couple more is ok too...  Willing to drive a bit to come get one.  Please feel free to PM me with details.  Checking C.L. also.  Willing to trade for one of my completed woodworking pieces.

Thanks!

Call a Winery I sure you could get one to trade for some corkscrews

My winemaking neighbor has several for sale. I think he wanted 25 each. A bit out of the way, Santa Cruz mountains on Skyline between page mill and highway 9. Pm me for details if you're interested.

Santa Cruz mountains wouldn't be too bad either.  Closer than Napa or Sonoma.  I guess I should check with the River Run windery in Aromas since it's only 5 minutes from my house.  I don;t have a lot to spend to play with this art project so I'm trying to keep the investment low.  Also looking for the barrel staves if anyone has a broken down full barrel (or a few).

   Thanks!

You could ask at Bargetto over in Soquel. They are nice folks. Never hurts to ask.
