anybody a contractor in tahoe?

We are going to do at least two things:

Remodel two bathrooms, no changes to fixture locations, just tile, radiant heater, replace bath with shower, new toilet, new vanity
Install overhead lights in bedrooms there is access through the attic, that is big enough to crawl around in

We have been talking about doing the bathrooms forever. The kitchen needs it too, but that'd too big a job. We're bringing in a new partner ( we usually have 8 partners and only have 7 now), so are thinking of using that as a catalyst to do some work. New floors, paint, and window coverings are already going in...but I really want to do the baths...
