summer catfish tournament?

All this bad weather is driving me crazy!!!!

I was thinking, we should have a nighttime kayak tournament in the delta and make it a tournament for catfish! Catch and Release as most people won't want to eat delta catfish because of the toxins, but a most fish caught event. 1 pt per fish under 5lbs, 2 over 5lbs....etc
