Need a little advice, please. 4.7 or 4.3?

I'm a 6'0", 165lb man living in Pacifica.  I currently fish off my longboard, but I'm ready to make the switch to a kayak.  I've settled on O.K., but need help deciding between an ultra 4.7 or 4.3.  I'll be transporting the kayak on top of my pick-up truck and will be launching through the surf.

Hoping for some opinions from the very knowledge folks at this forum.
