Avet reels Phoenix rods

Been looking into them after seeing one a deckhand with one. Avet/phoenix rod looked like a pretty nice set up. what do you guys think about them? which would be best for albie fishing/ tossing swimbaits for rf/hali.  I like the Black Diamond with the deckhand wrap an was thinkin about the mx raptor

For rockfish, halibut and albies the Avet SX is enough. As far as Phenix Black Diamond rods they are very light and have a fast action which is great for casting. So if you are jig or swimbait tossing, they would be great. For jigging with spectra mainline the Black Diamond is too stiff and I would with a Seeker or Calstar graphite glass hybrid.

Albies an rockfish lookin for a dual purpose reel rod set up. if its over kill on rockfish thats fine as long as it will function lol

For rockfish, halibut and WSB, cheap rods like ugly sticks are all you need. For albies it depends if you are fishing in NCAL or SCAL. In SCAL, you are tossing sardines and the Phenix Abyss, Calstar Grafighter, or Seeker would be my choice. In NCAL, most albies are taken on the troll.

i have a Lamiglass Sardine rod i use for throwing swim baits its an L270-c 7' i caught the hali at gs6 with it so i know it can handle a 30# hali but what about a tuna would it hold up? it says it for live bait tuna fishing

its pared with a Tyrnos 10 2speed 50lb braid, 50lb mono topshot about 30feet

Your Lami setup should  be fine for albacore. I have a Lami inshore rod rated 12-25# which I use for pelagics and it works great. Caught two 55# seabass on it. If you wanted more lifting power go with a graphite butt glass tip design like the Calstar Graphiter, Seeker Black steel or Phenix abyss.
