Finally picked up my "slightly used" Mini X today; thanks Frank and Bunny for picking it up and babysitting it for a month!!!!!

Not sure what is in store for this boat, but "hopefully" I don't plan on going too overboard with it.... want to keep it as light as possible.

But a 22" flat screen would go really nice in that center hatch  :smt044

Most likely just a couple of rod holders up front, a couple of Hobie style hatches front & rear; and my Garmin Sounder....

Stay tune for updates!

you should add a gear trac to it : http://kayakfishinggear.com/yakattack-geartrac-system.aspx

Looking forward to what you do to this thing.

Since I will be working on a good friend's 4.3 today, I thought I would work on my Mini X while waiting....

Do you think I should install 1 subwoofer or 2?

Bad location for the speaker!  If water got in there then you can't hear music  :smt005

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Glen's been that guy.....you must have missed his tandem.  His stereo install was cleaner than the one in the video.

Looks like you already cut two holes so....  :smt044

Next you need to install some sort of remote control kit on this thing  :smt005

EEK- an 8" hole at the water line!
I'm pretty sure that indent is for the bait bucket.

Do you think I should install 1 subwoofer or 2?

A subwoofer does not generate sound, it just creates air pressure; it will push any water in it right out! :smt005

okay.... can't go through with this anymore :smt005.... I was just playing around....

I actually am installing 2 Hobie hatches in the Mini X; that way I can make use to the gear buckets that I use in my Revo.
