Its a mid 70's Coleman Valley Forge. I put new tires on it last year I also re did the interior (counters, cushions, etc)  and the exterior has a re spray on it.

Yes it is a furnace under the sink.
I don't know about the roof holding an AC unit or not.
I know it has Thule bars and I have had 2 kayaks on it. Maybe an internet search can give you the correct answer.
