OK, just giving a little more heads up on this one. Would like to hit the water one more time this week while the gf is away. Willing to go anywhere if anyone wants to take a new guy. Default will probably be Linda Mar in Pacifica since I know what it's like sorta. That is unless something magical happens tomorrow in MTY :smt004

Hit Linda Mar this morning... beach launch was too rough for me and the waves too close together. Gave up after dumping the yak 3x and loosing my VHF. Guess I should have popped for a floating one after all... Looked good past the breakers...

I've also got tomorrow off (wed) and was looking to get out on the water... was considering HMB - it's close for me, and I haven't had enough practice surf-launching. Was thinking about hitting the harbor early, and spending as much time as possible (wind permitting)... where are you thinking of?

Sorry to back out, but work came up, and I need the money - sounds like a bunch of folks are heading out to HMB in the AM, wish I could be there to meet more NCKA folks - good luck!!
