Well, I did not make it to the coast so I thought I would take Sam, Mitch and his girl friend up to Lake Britton for an evening fish and crayfish. We had a late start so I thought to push it a little and ended up with a speeding ticket :smt012. How is that for a great reminder to slow down.

To make matters worse the wind was gusting and I shorted two ropes and lost two traps (we eventual retrieved them, but spent too much time with that).

Caught inly a few crappie, short sm and a few crawfish.

Still, no place I rather be than on the water. :smt006  Sorry no pics...
