3 years of being on the Golf team in high school and I still suck!  Never made it to varsity!  I CAN STILL HIT A HUM DINGER EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE THOUGH.  Ha ha.  Depending on the timeline I'm in.   Shoulder decides.  Supposed to be getting an MRI. 

How about the wknds of Sept 22/23 or 29/30?

Ok Brothers, sounds like we got enough interest to get the ball rolling.I will start making notes of all the replies and  start organizing dates, formats for play ect. I do agree and suggest a scramble format for a few reasons.Scrambles allow players of all different skill levels to compete and have fun. There are two ways to do it,you can build your own team and play or do what is called a blind draw. I will check at my course for pricing and availability and post more info soon.If any one has a hook up at any other courses feel free to check out the cost there as well. Monterey pines is a navy course so the homie hook up is not an option I dont think. Keep input comming and I will get to work on making this happen,

Ok boys, I talked to my boss and got pricing and dates, The price is 47 for a weekend day 18 holes with cart. Its looking like the 1st or 2nd week in October before he can do it and must be pre paid in full..At this time I have 11 players that say their interested and 5 maybees. Lets see if any more brothers show interest in the coming week and I will meet with the pro again and explore options.

Thanks for setting up. My October is starting to get a little full. November would be great since fishing is letting up and I need to get recharged with some golf before the holidays hit.

I would jump on this, even though I think golfing is of an alternative lifestyle! But I am having four tumors cut out on my spine on the 3rd of Oct. Pretty sure I will not be recovered in time to play golf! Sounds like a racquet! Wait, wrong sport, but I may be able to putter around with the beer wagon!

I'm still in. Just need a week to set up my schedule. Should I look for Friends that might have the time.
