What's the scoop on Timber Cove?

Guys: I have launched at Ocean cove and Stillwater but always drive right past TC. How's it done? Do I need any special equipment?

Just need $8  , theres a road down to the beach kinda steep so go slow. Pay the ppl up at the office and your good to go.
