Niece is off to UC Berkley

 

   Were so proud of her!  18th B-day was Wednesday, her first night in the dorms is tonight, classes start I think on the 24th!  Straight A student at Mont Vista Christian in Wattonsville, plays piano, guitar
her uncle got just a little emo at her birthday dinner .  Kid is like a sponge.
   I'm glad she choose Berkely over New York, but I think both places can be deadly, I hope she stays safe!  As smart as she is, I believe she's in for some culture shock.
My little "Drool face" is a young girl no longer.  Young woman...   As her uncle, this scares me!


I told my brother to stop watering her when she was ten!

Great School! Congratulations to her - the experience there is not only amazing but quite *unique*.
I went there two years ago..awesome place.

congrats to your niece, Cal is a tough school to be admitted to.

congratulations, she will be in for a drastic change compared to her HS.  My son was validictorian at a small Christian HS and then went to UCDavis, he said one class at UCDavis had more students then his entire HS. 

congrats  she is very smart to get into berkley so i wouldnt worry to much
