Hobie and AKC come through again

One of the seams on my Hobie Sidekick amas blew out at Albion this past weekend.  This is the second ama to go bad at the seam.  As was the case with the first, Austin Kayak contacted Hobie and they have agreed to replace the ama at no charge, even though it is beyond the warranty period.  Hobie continues to demonstrate that they are a class act by taking care of their customers.  Just one more of the many reasons to buy a Hobie!

It's nice to hear about companies such as Hobie taking care of their customers like that. One day I too will own a Hobie 

Those guys at Austin Kayak are pretty cool dudes. When I went there they gave me a NCKA discount! Apparently you all do some good repeat business with them. Neat shop, lots and lots of goodies!
