I wonder if maybe pure lemmon juice will help clean the smell out?

When it starts freezing again it will lose a little odor too. I think Vics Vapo-rub under your nose helps too.

Try a couple of cups of coffee grounds in there. And a spray of imitation vanilla.
Just add Ocean

orange flavored simple green, lemon pine sol. Scrub, rinse...repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat.
I hope you are down wind from us.  :smt044 :smt044 :smt044
Good luck. There is so much wind ripping through here the smell won't have a chance to stick around.

Something to try,,,,,

After you do all you can to clean and deodorize, go buy a big bag of charcoal briquetts, and put them in some sort of an open pan and put them in the freezer and frig section.

The charcoal will absorb an amazing array of odors,  worth a try.

I've had it work for me.

ftp://Time for a new RV....  Reminds me of the Robin Williams movie, RV where he lites the stink bomb to get rig of the critters in the oven.  Sorry I couldn't fins a clip to go along with this.

As for the charcoal briquet's, most of those are pretreated with lighter fluid.  May not be the best of ideas.  The concept is good but look for activated charcoal pellets.  The big box home improvement places sell the little tubs of the stuff with the cleaning supplies or go to a pet shop that deals in aquariums/fish and look for the activated charcoal sold with the fish filters.

I wouldn't go so far as saying most are pretreated with lighter fluid, but yeah just to make sure get ones that are not treated.  The reason I sugggested briquetts is because they're cheap compared to specifically buying activated charcoal in volume, and it's what I have experience with,

On the other hand I can't imagine how that must smell,

Good Luck.
