Eagle Cuda Transducer wanted

Looking for a transducer for my Eagle 300. I believe all the Cuda models are the same. This is so I can move the head unit from one kayak to another without moving ducer every time.

Also check craigslist.  I bought an entire Eagle FF with transducer for $30.  Needed the transducer for a 2nd boat project and it was far less $ than buying the transducer by itself.

That's the exact reason I need one. For my second loner yak. Looking for less $$ than new.

Took me a few weeks before I found one that was worth the money.  A lot of time sthey have lost, or left it on the boat, the transducer mounting bracket so that is an easy way to get the price down a bit more too....  explain how much of a hastle it will be to have to go order it, pay for shipping, wait for it to some .... etc, etc, etc...  I was able to get $15 off his $45 asking price.  $30 for a $109 FF wasn't a bad deal and it works on the same mounting bracket at my M68c GPS/FF so I now have a spare mount and a backup B&W head -- oh, and the needed transducer for my 18' pontoon boat.

Does anyone know if a transducer from  a CUDA 168 will work for a Cuda 300 FF?

I recently bought a Cuda 300 FF off of ebay and tried it out the other day on the bay, got nothing but garbage readings.  Suspecting the transducer and/or cable is bad, but need a way to test it out.  I have a cuda 168, and the connection to the head unit is the same, but the transducer shape is completely different.

Best way to find out is log onto the Eagle/Lowrance web site & loot at accessories.  If you compare the P/N of the transducer from one unit to the next you can tell what work's with what.  Best way is find the transducer# your unit needs and look up that transducer, it will list all the units it works with.  You will be suprised at how many units use the same ducer.
