7/17-7/19 new melones or oroville

Anyone interested in salmon stalking? Either kokanee at New Mekones or cohos at Oroville. Willing to go any day between monday and sat

13 inchers are being caught near the dam at NM as of today. 

Got a limit today, mostly at the south end of rose island. What do u think about the prospects of coho in the afterbay?

Most of the big coho are caught in the diversion pool.

You'll never find one in the Afterbay. The diversion pool is where they are.

Would the diversion pool be worth the trip? I would like to get after some of the bigger salmanoids innthe area, and Berryessa hasn't been very good to me... Anybody interested in checking it out?

The state inland coho records come from the diversion pool.  lots of 20inch+ fish swimming around in there.

Could you make it out there anytime in the near future? Looking at google earth old ferry rd seems to be the place to put in.. How deep does it run in there?
