Mendo For Crabs and Rockfish?

My buddy and I are going up Albion way on Sunday. We plan to camp at Navarro Redwoods State Park on Sunday night. We would like to soak some crab traps and fish for rockfish while they are soaking. Anybody know of a great spot for this from the mouth of the Navarro 15 miles or so either north or south?
Any and All welcome. Not sure exactly where we are going to fish but will be in the Nararro Redwoods Campground sunday night. White Toyota with red and white kayaks on top.

Michael, Albion is a good place to fish and crab. Make sure you check the regulations, I think crab season may have closed until the fall.

Crab season is open till the end of the month in Mendo county. Plan on getting some crabbing in myself this weekend. Will be at Albion campground thru next week.
