anyone know someone that can give legal advice???

friend was shopping yesterday at Costco and was hit in the head by box's...knocked her to the floor...disoriented, sore neck,...took her to Kaiser hospital today...slight concussion was what the MD said.....4 days off work...told her to not do anything but relax and Ice on her forehead every few hrs for 20 min...
