I picked up a fiberglass sit on top kayak by the name of Tad at a garage sale for $20. It is a very fast nimble boat about 14 feet long. But man is the thing unstable. This is the most unstable kayak I have ever paddled other that a racing ski. No way you could fish out of it. If you have paddle in hand to brace you are ok. Anyone else have one of these? I have made an outrigger system for it but don't know if it will work yet.
