This is what I came up with trying to copy my favorite Ahi Shoyu Poki from Foodland.

Ahi Shoyu Poke

Ingredients: (serves 4)
1 lb. fresh ahi steaks, cut into cubed, bite-size pieces
1/4 cup light soy sauce (shoyu)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (tops included)
1/4 cup chopped Maui onion (or yellow onion)
1 tablespoons roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Sea salt, to taste
1 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Vietnamese red chili sauce, to taste

Directions:
Blend all ingredients except the fish in a non-reactive bowl. Mix well, taste and season, adding salt as necessary, refrigerate for at least 30-60 minutes. Cut fish into small, uniform bits approximately ½ - ¾ inch square. Gently toss the fish in the dressing and let sit in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. As you prepare the fish, make sure that your utensils are very clean and cool or cold and serve on a chilled platter.

Nice Recipie.
i like the limu poke too
you can look for dried Ogo (seaweed) to add from the local asian market.
i wonder if you could substitute one of our seaweed varieties?

I bought a bunch of Noh Poki Kits when I was in Hawaii a few years ago. They have ogo seaweed. Just add sesame oil for a more traditional poki. I will bring some to PIF if people want to give it a try.
