Launching from Navarro Beach in Mendocino County?

Hi all,

I am new to this site. I have been launching out of Casper for some bottom fishing and was looking at Narrvaro beach to launch.

I never see anyone (kayaks) launching there so i was wondering if it is a safe place to launch?

Good question. Post in the Hookups section. Get some fishing partners. Particularly at a new launch on a seldom visited section of coastline

its pretty exposed, so its usually got some wind issues, also a surf launch and always a little murky due to the river and not a whole lot of structure, cameron

Dave and I were out there together a few months ago and had a blast!

Think like most areas, it depends on the conditions, but the launch/landing was not dangerous at all IMO...
