Looking for Jim from Capitola

Yesterday I was fishing in Capitola fishing the Kelp beds, and I met "Jim" who gave me few very useful tips.
I'm not an experienced angler and would love find Jim and talk to him more ... Anyone knows him?

That is exactly what I was thinking!!! Forget about WAF when WSB are in town. I hope to get my first WSB this season.

I think I recognize him though from when I used to fish over there...think I used to see him in a red sit-inside kayak?

Not sure if he is on here though...

Yup, the ghosts are on the bite in Cap right now. I got the heads up from a coworker who targets them off his SUP. He kills it every year.
