I'm up here on business for two days and staying at the Lodge at Tiburon.  I knew I would not have time to bring the hobie and get out this trip, but I spent my evening looking longingly at the bay   :smt010 . --   It's my first time up here and I'm trying to make sense of the places I read about here on NCKA.  Before I head back tomorrow I thought I'd scout logical places to launch and perhaps on my next trip up I might try to hookup with anyone game to go with a relative newbie from SoCal.   :smt004 -- When I scout tomorrow, is the most likely launch site Paradise Beach Park?

Paradise is nice,,,,,midweek = ask the staff if you can drive down to launch area. they dont allow it on the weekends.
Wheels needed on the hike back up the hill though. Take a lock and lock them up down at the launch instead of making 2 hikes.
Good luck wherever you are going!

Thanks all -- We ate at guyama's last night and sadly saw an unfortunate soul being brought off the fire rescue boat in a body bag.  Don't know the story behind it and did not ask.

Did not get a chance to scope out the spot -- had to drive to Berkeley today after meetings.  Will have to save for another trip north.
