Headed up to Ft Bragg for a little chrome and RC. I need some help on setup, depth and troll speed. This is what I have...

Deep 6
Krocs in various colors
Hoochies in various colors
Spinners in various colors
a couple flashers, sling blades in various colors
No herring or any other fresh bait besides squid.

This is what I'm thinking.... green and chrome blade with a green kroc with a squid strip all behind deep 6 in 100' of water. Thoughts? Thanks!

That sounds like a good setup.   I'm in Eureka with the same kayak you have.  Get some 2 hook mootching rigs and some bananna weights.  I have also vowed to start using a flasher with my salmon set ups. Good luck.

I'm curious what kind of rod holder you use.  post a pic if you have one.  Thanks.

green hoochie over a double hooked frozen anchovy.  I hate flashers/dodgers and avoid them when possible, but if I am confident I am in the spot and not getting bites... I put one on.  Apexes are always good.  Depth?  You have a fish finder right?
