Camping near Berkeley ??????

Is there anywhere to camp near Berkeley? I know why would anyone want to camp by Berkeley. I have a large group of people going out on a Charter boat and they want to camp close by.

People "camp" wherever they want in Berkeley.   

I think theres a campground around lake chabot. i hear its not right on the lake but oh well. also theres china camp in San Rafael. Or you could just sleep in your rig at the Berkeley Pier
