Pacific Grove not Big Sur

It says to stay out of the water near Lovers Pt until Sat due to high bacteria levels. Not sure why they mention BS, but still good to know.
Don't dive in PG right now. That's for sure!

These notices have been up for the last month in Pacific Grove and Carmel.  I saw one at SWS 2 weeks ago.  Been eating lots of fish and doing just fine.

Pretty sure it's just from the calm conditions + massive amounts of kelp. When some of the kelp dies, the calm conditions make for pretty stagnant water, allowing it to just sit there and decompose.

If it comes from the bay, I let it go back to play!
