Stillwater South, Saturday June 23, 2012

Hi All,

The WX looks to be shaping up pretty well for next Saturday.  I'm thinking about a 6:30 PM launch for my first saltwater outing this year.  Any one want to join me?

Michael, I wish I could join you then but I'll be at the shop all weekend long with one employee. However, I'm going to go out on Friday with Pete. You think ya can switch?

I would love to join you guys, but I'm already taking time off the following week to go down to southern california for a vacation with my daughter.  I might have Wednesday June 27th off, maybe we can get together then.

I finally got a radio & will call you after I launch (if I don't drop it in the water first, like I did my last one).
Also JJQ I think is going to join up. I'm expecting to launch around 7.

Lost my floating radio Sunday.  Couldn't find it when I got back on the beach.

I hope to see you there then.  One thing I would ask is that you review the following thread regarding safety out on the big blue:

While most outings go without incident, I would rather you be prepared for the unlikely than unprepared when the unlikely happens.

i did/have a majority of the stuff in that thread. I've been going out in freshwater a lot.

i'll be on channel 69 on my vhf 

it looks like something came up. i won't be making it. have fun guys!
