Gear swap

Are we going to have a swap/trade/sell event at Mendo or Elk this year?  I've got a couple of items that someone else might appreciate.

Good idea.... but why wait for Mendo or Elk?  That's a long way to haul stuff to sell/trade considering most of us will already be loaded down with camping gear.

Why not sooner and some place closer?

Doesn't have to be at the HMB derby we could just have a swap meet someplace.

O?  With food?  Fishing conversation, food and fishing gear.  Maybe a demo of something?  Prize (voted by attendees) for most creative ling lure.....that might conceivably catch a ling?......or that everyone just loves (so it catches us?)
So, I'll throw out the first option........Lover's Point some part of opening weekend?  There is grass.  We could bring BBQ's and tables.

Creative ling lures????..... Now we're talking!   I have an assortment of wacky homemade ling lures and all have caught fish too.  Let the games and BBQ begin!
