Not to down play the seriousness of this, but... All of our local GWS "altercations " with kayaks sound considerably more intense.

Tigers are known for their brazeness. No real fear in those fish. Plus they are inquisitive and like to munch on things, even car tires or whatever.

The guy seem like it was all in a day of fishing in HI.
