place for  launching my yak the pros and cons degree of general danger and any crazy  things to look for like light winds that destroy a place ,, distances to good fishing ??I live in Santa Cruz and had no clue what to do to launch at Capitola until a member  showed me.
As a newby I am in the dark about a lot of places to launch and I see questions about it from some vets , beaches that look good but are not ,parking , any do and do not danger things , general   ...I know the vets on here have all this info and could give step by step help., so next time the its fishing time but the ""winds ah blowin""" any info about any spots could help or if the moderator wanted to set up a place for this advise ..it is kinda part of any fishing report but nobody wants to start a fishing tale with "I parked at...."
Thanks.

Have you scrolled down the "Forums" page to "Places to Launch and Camp"? Lots of good info, there.
