Cosumnes River upstream of Preserve put-in?

I am aware of the Cosumnes River Preserve and Vistors Center area. Crew (aka darn cat) and I wonder if there any put-ins available to the public a few miles upstream on the Cosumnes? Thanks.

Don, I've put in at the CRP launch many times, and have paddled up the CR. It's great back there.
I once paddled around back there for 3 hours and never saw another person.

I've looked for another launch, but haven't found one. I've used google earth to search also, no luck.
Most of that land is private. Please let me know if you find an access. I live in Elk Grove so it's close to home. 

Alfredo, thanks for your post.  How is the fishing around there?  Do the salmon or stripers run up the Cosumnes? What is the paddle to get into The Meadows from the CRP?  If I find an  upstream access I will le t you know.  Thanks again.

I've never fished there, but I have seen a few power boaters bass fishing just below the train bridge.
It is interesting that you can't bank fish in the preserve, but you can fish from a boat
