Finally got a kayak, super excited to go fishing! I'm new to kayak fishing, so I will start training for gs7 . Hopefully I will get the opportunity to go fishing with some of you guys in the future. Ok, time for me to go back to studying for finals... . By the way thanks Sonny!

Ok thank you guys, I shall start using that. Shellback I've been keeping up with you post, never thought about fishing for sturgeon on a kayak, but it looks fun. Is it dangerous though? Having that huge fish drag you around?

I'm up in Placerville and there are many lakes just right for a kayak to fish.
