I've been a big fan of Jeff's Korean kalbi ribs.  Jeff, thanks for posting the recipe!

Squidder, I'd like to be a fan of yours too.  They do look good, but I've got to try some first. :smt003

@ChuckE,  I guess I amy have to do some for the PIF event and bring them down.  GOOD beef ribs are 8-12 hour journey,or longer, not to mention prep time, too long to do on beach in time for lunch. I will have to bring a batch of #3 sauce for them (yes my sauces have numbers, it is the only way I keep them straight).  Pork ribs take far less time, and lamb ribs to me are a waste of time as they are just too damn fatty to get anything out of them.

Damn.. you don't mess around when it comes to your ribs.

Guys... I smell (and can almost taste) a BBQ throwdown in the works.  I got first dibs to be on the judging panel :smt110

Jeff,

Tried out your recipe on some thinly sliced pork chops yesterday.
The wife and kids loved them.

Thanks for sharing.
