I was just thinking this is a kayak site but during registration it doesn't ask about the yak.what type name etc.now what if your like me and name our yak and come across someone with the same name.what you do then.does the one with more time with the site keep the name or do we paddle out to open water and try knocking the other off the yak.or we go old school and bear knuckle brawl like the old days and so on.back in my street racing days when two team meet and they have the same name they race for the right to keep the name.it's not that serious,I was just thinking out load thought maybe it might of cross someone else's mind also.if anything something to occupy your mind when your stuck in traffic :smt001

It seems that most put their screen name on their yak .......
If you name your yak after another member, you might have bigger issues ... :-)

That is one of the reason why we use "handle" instead of name.   :smt001

At one point in my life I wanted to buy a small house boat and name it "The Dog House". Since then I believe I have seen over a half dozen named that. Same with vanity plates...wanted to get plates for my old 70 Toy Landcrusier FJ, years ago, Go Dog Go...there were alot with that name or close with numbers etc... just when I thought I was being original...yea right. :smt044 Must be millions of Dr Dave out there with some Ed.D, Ph.D, M.D. J.D or hell even one picked up from the back of the Rolling Stone... :smt044 :smt044 :smt044. I can see even making a DrDave support group. :smt044
