Went up to the Dark Day launch at Bullards Bar this morning. Launched at 8 AM, off the water at 2:30. I counted 12 rigs with trailers, plus around 8-10 other vehicles in the parking lot in the morning.  When I returned most were gone.  My camper shell had been yanked open and some mofos punched out the lock on the driver side door of my Ranger.  Didn't lose too much of value thankfully - they took mostly clothes - a pair of jeans, a few t-shirts, a few poly liners, cell phone charger, 2 pocket knives and a few other things. F'ing thieves, right down there with child molesters and backstabbers!!!!!

Put a sour note on what had been a nice day OTW.  Lake is full after the March storms.  Black oaks leafed out and all the migrant birds back in the forest.  Several spots, topped by a 21.5" that was the thickest spot I've seen.

Nothing worse than a thief man.  Lowest form of life on the planet.  I've thought of leaving my truck completely empty with the doors unlocked.  I'm really sorry to hear about the break in.  Man that gets me pissed.

That just sucks John. I was just there the other day and never even considered that happening. Nice fish though.

What a bummer!!! I do believe in what goes around comes around. The thieves will get their comeuppance eventually.

Sucks, but at least you didn't get a real asshole thief who vandalizes as well as steals stuff.  It could have been a lot worse especially if it was a bunch of punks who were looking to trash stuff as well.

This helps to remind myself that I have to take general precautions and not get lazy.

Nice fishy.

John, real sorry to hear that some punks disrespected your property!! Not cool at all. As ya said, thankfully they didn't take anything valuable.

And on a cool note, that is one FAT spotted bass!! Awesome job brother, can't wait to do some fishing with you soon at GS6 :)
