maybe set up a keg near the taco shack.

Insayn- 24" disk to flash fry a zillion corn tortillas
JTP69- 1 gallon of roast tomatillo salsa and 1 gallon of red tomate salsa
Ghost- chicken enchilada bake
Cawingshooter-bomb teriyaki chicken noodle salad
Matthews- Carnitas
Fiver- korean style ribs and some chicken to bbq
Chadrock- Tortillas (need a count for him???) as well as Pumpkin ginger pineapple upside down cake.
Cabeza de Martillo- big pot of homemade refried beans.
Reelknot- Porkbutt BBQ marinated with Teriyaki sauce
DrHabanero- 5 gal keg of homebrew made up Lost Coast Celebration ale
PescaDONo- 3 5gal kegs. (1 - IPA, 2 – DIPA
Brandi- green salad
EWB- fruit salad
str8fishin-Caesar Salad
sackyak- smoked salmon, pickled mushrooms and pickled green beans
Fishmaster- appetite!
Sincoast- Blue prints for the taco shack.

Last yr did a grip of Dungies this yr same + ab cooked up some Delicious way...

I'll be smoking.  Abalone needed for smoked abalone sausage.  Oyster sausage will be had as well.

Add oyster sausage to the list. Abalone sausage too if anyone can spare some.    I had planned on getting some abs this week but I can't dive - ruptured ear drum last week.

The food list is getting longer, and I'm soooo looking forward to a scoop of the wild black berry cobbler, then everything else after that.  I'm big on deserts, major vice of mine.

Bringing platters of fresh vegetables, Summer sausage & cheese, Probably making a pot of chowder too.

A request or recommendation  for anyone who can help out by bringing a card table or folding table .  All this food will have to be set out and extra serving tables will needed.

INSAYN - we intentionally hold back the cobblers until after main courses are munched down.     You'll get yours.

Thanks, Sledge, for bringing some tables - anyone who can do that would be great.  I'll be bringing a few.

It depends how Friday goes. If I get some dungies, I'll make enchiladas adobadas. If not, I'll make pepper steak sandwiches. It's a win win.

I'll donate any fish I keep to the Taco Shack. I can also pick up any fixins for the taco bar that are still needed.

I'm also bringing some chicken/sun-dried tomato pasta salad, but that probably won't even make it past Thursday night. 

Big pot of chili-mac. Naomi gets the credit, I'm just doing the posting.

I'm in for a bunch of desert stuff - cookies etc.
