Neoprene boots, diving bag, minnow buckets, Scotty stuff etc

Hi,
I'm relatively new to the kayak fishing scene.  I'm curious as to what these two items are (not the rod holders, but the ones with foam inserts - a rod mount system for the garage/transport?), and if they're of use to me, I would like to inquire about the price.

I see you are in Rio Vista, I will staying in Isleton for 3 days starting the 26th if you want me to hang on to them

I dont have a kayak anymore unfortunately. But I will be staying at Vieras Resort. Ill have my boat, so I can always just zoom up the channel and meet you at the ramp or something
