Audie

Will the hours change later in the summer months?
and if you are a first timer going to San Pablo Reservoir,  How much should I expect to spend on permits, parking and launching fees, inspections, ETC?
How long is the inspection good for?
Where do we launch? How do We get there?

Thanks for the report and hope to meet you and your crew soon.

Thanks again for the welcomes and just wanted to say that despite the rain we've been having people are bringing in some fish but it seems more from the shore because not to many people bring kayaks or boats. There was a kayak fisherperson out yesterday but as to his luck no word.Good luck to anyone going out today.

Audie,

Great to see you on this site.  You are the man at the launch ramp so I know you have all the intel on that reservoir.  I'll stop by with the kayaks when the weather warms up.  Till then using the family boat to try and get my kid into fishing.

Audie,

Where was the plant?  Main Rec, Dam, Scow Canyon or the Launch?  Thanks for the information...

Thanks for the fond memories! I spent many a day fishing the San Pablo Res as a kid. My buddies and I would ride our Schwinn stingrays all loaded down with our gear and lunch for a day fishing.
Great times, now I guess it is time to make some more memories with my grand kids!

I have great memories of this place also and to jump at the opportunity to work here, like a dream come true. And as far as the planting, we do that at the Main Rec area and DFG plants at the Boat Launch area.

Just to let folks know, DFG planted a combined 4,000 lbs. of Trout here at SAN PABLO RESERVOIR on 4-3-12 and 4-4-12 and we planted a combined 2,400 lbs. on 3-29-12 and 4-3-12 so that's alot of fish going. Hope folks can make it and looking forward to meeting some folks for the HEROES ON THE WATER event today.
