I used to drive by there in the early 90's on my way to Franklin and Pigeon Point area.  The windsurfers were the real badasses - probably kitesurfers now?...  Wild stretch of coastline there for sure.
I am a licensed guide.  DFW Guide ID:  1000124.   Let's do a trip together.

:smt011 I still don't understand why people surf/windsurf that area. I drove by there on Monday and and got the chills. That place scares me.....just like Davenport. I always get the heeebe-jeebeees when I visit these beaches.

* I also believe that zombies live in that Island (of course, the Government will deny that fact :smt011)

I used to be one of those windsurfers there; always had the "heebie-geebies" out there..... when I took a drink, I would scramble REAL FAST to get back on the board and look around for any fins in thw water....
