Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Maybe they missed an evolutionary step and thought they already had legs.

The pod was probably chasing schools of fish uptowards the shore. Discovery-NatGeo- Animal planet or one of those channels had a show on a couple months ago showing the same exact thing.

I've heard rumors that the ping coming from submarines electronics can drive marine mammals and fish crazy. They try to swim away thinking it's a predator or something.
Seems that a sub wouldn't be that close to shore though, also don't see any bait beeing driven shallow.
Awesome to see all the people helping them too.
It would be interesting to learn the reason they did it, predators seems most likely the situation.

That's an awesome video, makes you wonder if they all re-grouped and charged the beach again!

That was pretty interesting, people seemed pretty nonchalant about it and quickly sent them on their way,  ??????????
