Hit it a couple times in the past week, caught one bass and watched one swin right under the yak in eight FOW. This lake is to close to home not to take advantage of so I hope to get a grip of it this spring.

As I was getting skunked there yesterday I thought about drifting agents, anyone ever used them for bass in Folsom?

I'll be out there around one launching from dotons point at granite bay, company welcome as always, ch 69.

Joe - agents work, have caught spots (and a few salmon and SMBs) with them right where you are fishing.  Good luck - John

I took four minnows I had left over from last weekend, three were jumbo and one was like a medium. I got a small spot maybe 11" not big enough for pic, he ate the small minnow.
Got a couple more bites but I think jumbos are too big to use for these bass. Maybe when they eating heavier in spring they'll want the big ones.

I hit Brown's Ravine for a couple hours on Sunday 3/4. No fish, but it was a beautiful day on the water.
